Installation
We work on low, medium and high pressure gas installations which enable us to be able to cover the full range of applications from a small shop unit with just one combination boiler through to large factories using gas for production process.
Heating boilers
Listed below are just some of the boilers we work on.
Atmospheric boiler / Condensing boiler / Modulating boilers / Modular boilers /Power burners. Our fully trained engineers have a vast experience with many different types of boilers and are familiar with all manufacturers.
Hot water systems
We can work on all hot water systems, these range from single point of use heaters, right through to large installations including secondary circulation circuits, hot water storage calorifiers, plate heat exchangers and gas fired water heaters.
Booster and circulating pumps
Booster pumps can be used when there is insufficient mains water pressure at a premises, our engineers have experience with all the different set ups whether it’s a constant speed pump controlled from a pressure switch or a variable speed pump set controlled from a pressure transducer along with a microprocessor with onboard diagnostics.
We cover a wide variety of system circulating pumps, from fixed speed to energy saving variable speed circulators, on heating, hot water and chilled water systems.
Warm air heaters
Warm air heaters can be found in many different environments such as, show rooms, vehicle workshops and garden centres. These are a very cost effective form of heating. They provide quick heat recovery with comfortable and even heat distribution.
Radiant gas heaters
There are different types of gas fired radiant heaters, for example tube heaters and plaque heaters. Radiant heating works in the same way as the sun. The infrared rays heat objects and people in a space, rather than the area around them. This type of system is extremely cost effective and energy efficient when used in an appropriate environment such as sports halls, warehouses and truck terminals.
System Controls
We cover all heating and hot water system controls, from basic time and temperature control to all weather temperature compensation.
